Flow outdoors @ Highland Village (virtual & in person)

Experience your body in this class! Flow is the perfect transition from Beginners classes. Flow features a vinyasa sequence partnered with breath awareness, meditation, alignment, and relaxation. Flow will continue to enrich your yoga practice through strength, stamina and flexibility.  


Yoga for Teens (ages 13-19) 8 week program outdoors @ Highland Village begins October 5th (in person)

Yoga for Teens, is a bridge for Social Emotional Learning that can help teens improve coping with stress, anxiety, as well as supports the mind-body connection. Synchronizing breath and movement on the mat helps cultivate a deeper awareness of one’s internal state. Giving your teen time to step back, and see themselves and their bodies better in the context of a safe space.


New Life: Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Community  (virtual & in person) @ Highland Village

New Life, is a community building monthly workshop, serving both Prenatal and Postnatal communities.  Flow through a gentle vinyasa practice that will strengthen the mind-body connection, increase stamina and help cultivate deeper awareness for your pregnancy and beyond.

Join our virtual village, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays via Zoom all month long. On Saturdays, join us in person or via Zoom, whichever works best.

Saturdays after practice, enjoy light refreshments as you mingle and connect with other mothers and mothers-to-be. All trimesters welcome; for postnatal moms non-crawling babies are welcome to in person classes.
